Initial meeting to review all services contracted by the bride/groom
Contact all wedding vendors to confirm commitments and double- check details, decisions, and services already contracted
Develop a wedding day schedule and distribute to all service providers
Attend and direct the rehearsal
Arrive at ceremony site one hour prior to ceremony start time to place programs, assist with flower distribution, remind everyone of their roles, assist the ushers with seating of the guests and also ceremony processional
Arrive at reception site prior to guests to check on details and décor
Oversee reception formalities: bridal party entrance, first dance, cake cutting, bouquet and garter toss (up to four hours)
Distribute final payments on behalf of the bride/groom
